1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kj222 ("kj222", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the kj222 website at kj222.bet or any associated mobile-web interface, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them in their entirety.

2.1 Age Verification

3. Account Registration

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.4 Chargebacks

In the event of a chargeback being raised, kj222 reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant account, recover any associated winnings, and pursue recovery of the disputed funds through all available legal channels.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for the duration of that promotion.

5.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

Players who have previously abused bonus systems — including via multi-accounting or exploitation of system errors — are not eligible to participate in promotions. kj222 reserves the right to withdraw bonus eligibility from any account at its sole discretion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to a kj222 account are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies how many times the bonus amount must be staked in eligible games before any derived winnings can be withdrawn. 5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not wagered within the specified promotional period will automatically expire and be removed from your account balance. kj222 will not reinstate expired bonus funds under any circumstances.

7. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the kj222 platform — including but not limited to the kj222 brand name, logo, graphical design elements, website layout, software architecture, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, and data compilations — is the proprietary intellectual property of kj222 or its licensed suppliers and game providers.

7.1 Permitted Use

kj222 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any commercial use of kj222 content or services.

7.2 Prohibited Use of IP

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, transmit, sell, sublicence, or create derivative works from any kj222 content without the prior written consent of kj222. 7.3 Game Provider IP

8.2 Force Majeure
